Copa America 2019: Alexis Sanchez’s scored the winning goal for Chile against Ecuador that took sends Chile into quarter-finals

Striker, Alexis Sanchez, scored the winning goal for Chile on Friday night when they encountered Ecuador. The match ended 2-1 in favour of Chile, who by this victory has qualified for the quarter-finals of the competition.

Sanchez scored the goal when he converted a bouncing cross into the net with just a touch.

Chile was ahead of Ecuador when Jose Fuenzalida in the 8th minute gave them a goal but Ecuador equalised in the 26th minute through a penalty that was caused by the goalkeeper of Chile, Gabriel Arias. Enner Valencia of Ecuador did not make mistake when he converted the penalty kick to goal, bringing the game to 1-1.

Sanchez goal made the difference and Chile won Ecuador 2-1.
