Bayelsan appointed as SSG in Imo State – Dickson thanks Ihedioha

Imo State Governor, Emeka Ihedioha has appointed a Bayelsa man as Secretary to the Imo State Government, SSG. This has drawn the appreciation and praise from Seriake Dickson, Governor of Bayelsa. Dickson has praised Emeka Ihedioha of Imo State for designating Uche Onyeagucha, Secretary to the Imo State Federal Government, SSG.

Dickson, also Chairman of the Peoples Democratic Party Governors’ Forum, in a statement by Fidelis Soriwei, his Special Adviser on Media Relationships, lauded Governor Ihedioha.

Governor Dickson said Onyeagucha, now Imo SSG, is a qualified and also capable person with in-depth understanding of the actual problems impacting the society.

Dickson said Onyeagucha was a Bayelsan and Niger Deltan, stating that he was happy the Governor of Imo valued his qualities having found him worthy of being assigned into the critical position to serve his government and also people.

According to Dickson Onyeagucha has a track record for many years for understanding as well as dealing with the real issues that matter to the Bayelsa people as well as without a doubt the Niger Delta.

He encouraged Onyeagucha to use his wide range of experience and ability to support the Ihedioha led administration to deliver the electoral promises made to the Imo people.

He stated: “Let me use this medium to thank the Imo State governor, Ihedioha, for the appointment of Onyeagucha, as the new SSG.

“Onyeagucha is a friend, brother, a Bayelsan and indeed a Niger Deltan who understands and deals with the real issues that affect our society. We are happy that he was given this appointment.

“I congratulate him on this important appointment and urge him to use his wealth of experience as a lawmaker and lawyer to support the Ihedioha administration in the interest of the Imo people.”
