The All female initiative for Leadership and Empowerment (A-FILE) alleged that the INEC Resident Electoral Commissioner (REC) for Rivers State, Obo Effanga, collected bribe of N200 million from Rivers State Government

Port Harcourt in Rivers State witness scores of women who came out in large number to protest that the INEC Resident Electoral Commissioner in Rivers State, Mr. Obo Effanga should be redeployed out of the State as a matter of urgency.

They are holding different banners with the inscription;

All female Initiative for Leadership and empowerment (A-FILE)
RIVERS WOMEN SAY OBO EFFANGA MUST GO

The women are saying the INEC boss in Rivers State has been compromised and has been bribed. They said he can no longer be trusted.
