Idris Kazeem Ahmed is now the new CSO of President Buhari. He replaced Bashir Abubakar following an arrangement from the Department of State Services (DSS).
The Department of State Services removed Bashir Abubakar as the President Chief Security Officer and asked him to proceed on strategic course at the National Defense University, Buenos Aire, Argentina.
A provision was made for Abubakar Maikano, the Administrative Officer of the Presidential Villa to stand in for Idris Kazeem whenever he is not available. The changes is to take place immediately
Recall that Abdulrahman Mani was the first CSO of the President who was removed in the Month of July 2015 and the outgoing CSO, Abubakar Bashir replaced him. Now there is a second replacement of the President CSO, making the second time Buhari CSO has been removed since his inception as President.
