Paul Pogba and Luke Shaw scored as Manchester United beat Leicester 2 – 1

Manchester United has started the Premier League season on positive note by winning Leicester 2- 1. Paul Pogba, the captain of Man Utd scored the opening goal through a penalty kick. The penalty came in the second minute when Sanchez deflected shot was handled by Amartey.

Luke Shaw scored the second goal for United after he converted Juan Mata’s pass to goal. This goal was Shaw’s first career senior goal.

Leicester Jamie Vardy who came as a substitute scored their only goal in the tournament while Romelu Lukaku, the world cup bronze medalist was denied a goal by the Leicester goal keeper Schmeichel.

The Premier League season has just started with a win for Man United but the question in the minds of all Manchester United fans is whether the team will be consistent with the winning they got today. Lets wait and see.
